LYNX GUARANTEE

We hold ourselves to a standard of operational certainty rarely seen in the Balkans. Your exclusive itinerary is a contract of luxury, safety, and seamless logistics. If we fail to deliver on the core execution of your expedition, we will make it right, or we will refund you. To protect the integrity of this guarantee and ensure we can deliver the BLA standard, the following operational protocols are rigorously enforced:

1. The Real-Time Resolution Protocol (How to Claim): In the wilderness, conditions change, but our standards do not. If any aspect of your logistics, comfort, or private access falls short of your itinerary, you must notify your Lead Guide or our 24/7 Satellite Support Desk immediately. We cannot fix a problem we do not know about. You must give our local operational team the opportunity to deploy a real-time solution, upgrade, or alternative of equal or greater value. Claims made after deployment has concluded, without prior field notification, are immediately void.

2. The Resolution & Refund Cascade: If a logistical failure occurs on our end and our team cannot provide a highly satisfactory, real-time alternative, we will compensate you directly. Minor disruptions will result in a prorated refund for that specific day or module. If a catastrophic systemic failure fundamentally alters the nature of your entire expedition, your trip fee will be refunded in full.

3. The Ironclad Exclusions (The "Wilderness Reality" Clause): The Accursed Mountains are exactly that—wild. We guarantee our operational execution, but we cannot control the environment or personal physiology. This guarantee does not cover, and refunds will not be issued for:

• The Safety Override: If your WFR-certified guide must alter, reroute, or cancel a summit or trek segment due to extreme weather, trail degradation, or safety hazards. Safety always supersedes the itinerary.
• Force Majeure: Acts of God, sudden geopolitical border closures, natural disasters, or regional infrastructure failures.
• Personal Fitness & Health: Inability to complete a physical trek, or alterations required because a client's physical conditioning does not match the demands of the booked itinerary.

4. Limitation of Liability: This guarantee exclusively governs logistical execution, comfort standards, and itinerary financial refunds. It does not supersede, alter, or replace our standard Liability Waiver regarding inherent alpine risks, personal injury, or property damage.

5. Jurisdiction & Chargeback Protocol: Balkan Lynx Adventures is a U.S.-registered LLC. Any disputes arising from this guarantee will be governed by U.S. law. By deploying with us, you agree to engage in good-faith resolution directly with our executive team prior to initiating any credit card chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks submitted without prior field notification (see Protocol 1) will be vigorously contested using this agreed-upon framework.
